VAST/Parallel |
Automatically parallelizes Fortran (VAST-F/Parallel)
and C (VAST-C/Parallel) programs for multiple processor
systems; fully supports OpenMP in both Fortran and C.
VAST-F/Parallel works with any Fortran compiler, including
Absoft's Pro Fortran compilers,
g77 and Intel's ifort;
VAST-C/Parallel works with any C compiler, including gcc.

Automatically converts C programs to make use of the PowerPC AltiVec SIMD unit. (This version is intended for use
with cross-compiled embedded targets.)

Automatically converts heritage Fortran code to make use of modern features,
such as array syntax, modules, free format, and much more.

VAST/toOpenMP |
Automatically converts Fortran and C to make use of shared-memory
parallel processors by inserting OpenMP directives. The transformed
source can be compiled by any compiler that accepts OpenMP.
