VAST/DPC Pricing

Licenses are sold based on the number of processors in the target system and allow unlimited concurrent users. The base price for the VAST-DPC compiler is $495. The base price is for a target system in the United States or Canada with up to two processors.

The pricing for a VAST-DPC license is shown in the tables below.

Support

Support for six months is included as part of the purchase price. After this, additional annual maintenance can be purchased for 20% of the purchase price. With support, new versions will be shipped to you in response to problems you report, or when you request new versions. You will get the latest enhancements to the product when they are available.

Pricing example

If you order the VAST-DPC compiler translator for a 16 processor system in the United States, the price would be $2,995. Support for one year would cost $2,995 * 0.2 = $599.

Academic discount

If you are an academic institution, you may be entitled to an additional 30% discount. In the example, the price would then be $2,995 * 0.7 = $2096.50.
