Availability		VAST-AltiVec is available by download for either Fortran or C/C++. VAST-C/AltiVec can work with any C compiler that accepts the Motorola-defined AltiVec extensions, for example gcc, Wind River/Diab or IBM xlc. (However please note that the C++ standard template library is currently supported only with compilers that use the EDG front end, because of name-mangling.) VAST-F/AltiVec works with any Fortran compiler (for example, Absoft Fortran, IBM xlf, NAG Fortran or g77) together with any AltiVec-enabled C compiler. When ordering, please specify which compiler(s) you intend to use.
Prices		For non-embedded applications (native environment): On OS X or PowerPC Linux: VAST-F/AltiVec $500 VAST-C/AltiVec $500 Both: $800 (Please note that other packages are available.) For embedded applications (cross development environment): On x86 Linux or Solaris: VAST-C/AltiVec $3000 All prices are for single-system, single-user licenses. Steep discounts are available for multiple, site, or corporate licenses. Academic discounts may be available to educational institutions.
