IBM xlf, or g77).

Automatically parallelizes Fortran (VAST-F/Parallel)
and C (VAST-C/Parallel) programs for multiple-processor
systems; fully supports OpenMP in both Fortran and C.

or g77;
VAST-C/Parallel works with gcc or IBM xlc.
